JEZABELLE NISPEROS
Studio Director
Jezabelle “Jez” Nisperos has been immersed in the world of dance since childhood, beginning her training in 2005 and stepping into the competitive scene by 2007. Over the years, she has danced with a wide range of acclaimed teams and crews across the Lower Mainland, gaining championship titles at major events such as Peak Invitational, Surrey No Borders, Next Level, International Dance Competition, Artist Emerge, Core Dance Competition, Canadian Hip Hop Dance Championships, and World of Dance. Her versatility as both a soloist and team competitor has shaped her into a well-rounded artist with a deep understanding of performance, discipline, and creativity.
In 2010, Jez was part of a junior team that earned a silver medal at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship, an early milestone that ignited her drive to pursue dance at the highest level. Alongside her competitive career, Jez quickly discovered her passion for teaching. She began assisting youth workshops in 2011 and soon after moved into coaching, where her leadership flourished.
Now serving as the Studio Director of GRVMNT Productions, Jez continues to balance artistry with leadership. In 2025, she co-coached JR GRVMNT with Creative Director Mark Dogillo, leading the team to a 1st place finish at World of Dance Vancouver and a remarkable run at the World of Dance Summit Finals in Los Angeles, where they placed 4th in the junior division and 9th overall worldwide.
With her guidance, GRVMNT Productions is more than just a dance studio—it’s a home where passion, excellence, and community come together.

MARK DOGILLO
Creative Director
Mark George Dogillo began his formal dance training in 2005 and quickly emerged as a standout performer, choreographer, and coach. By 2008 he had founded and coached his first team, leading dancers to championship titles across the Lower Mainland and the U.S., including Canadian Hip Hop Dance Championships, Next Level, Footloose, Surrey Dance Festival, Peak Invitational, International Dance Competition, and Dance USA Dance.
In 2010, one of Mark’s varsity crews earned silver at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship, and Mark was selected to perform at the closing ceremonies of the 2010 Vancouver Olympics—a career milestone that put his work on an international stage. His choreography has since gained national media recognition: one of his teams earned the Golden Buzzer and reached the Finals on Canada’s Got Talent, his work has been featured on MuchMusic’s New Music Live and in film, and he mentored the duo Lucky Aces, who appeared in Step Up 5: All In and performed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Today, as Creative Director of GRVMNT Productions, Mark drives the studio’s artistic vision and competitive success. In 2025, his GRVMNT Varsity team won Gold at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship, and JR GRVMNT took 1st at World of Dance Vancouver before placing 4th in the junior division and 9th overall at the World of Dance Summit Finals in Los Angeles.
Mark’s trademark is the blend of technical precision with bold, musical storytelling. He builds champions—and, more importantly, confident artists—by challenging dancers to push boundaries while staying true to hip hop’s culture and community.
